Vapor Hub International, Inc believes in providing high quality products, and superior customer service. Should there be anything wrong with a product that you purchased from Vapor Hub International, Inc, please call our customer support number – 805-309-0530 or email us at – [email protected] first and we can walk you through the troubleshooting process to fix the issue. We know every one of our products and can help you get it working properly should there be any issues. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product within the first 30 days of purchase you can contact our customer support line or email for an RMA number.
Initial shipping charges are not included in refund. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
International returns, please mark the item as “VENDOR RETURN” to avoid duties and customs.
